Dinevi Group boasts a number of prestigious awards including:
"Dinevi" becomes "Investor of the year" of the traditional competition, organized by Smolyan municipality. The Company wins the first place in "Holiday resort building" category, as the prestige award was for vacantion complex "Grand Manastira" in Pamporovo.
The Dinevi company ranks 5 th in Bulgaria’s Registry of Art Patrons maintained by the Ministry of Culture. It was registered in recognition of the support rendered to the Perperikon Foundation working to preserve the rich cultural and historic heritage in the Kardjali Region.
Bentley International Property Award – for the best yacht port project for 2005. The awards, now in their twelfth year, are widely accepted as being the ‘Oscars’ of the property world marking the greatest achievements in various industry-related fields .
Building of the Year 2005 – a special award for contribution to the development of the Bulgarian market of holiday villages.
Most Significant Investor 2005 – awarded to persons and companies with contribution to the development of Bulgaria’s tourist industry.
Zlaten Mamul (Golden Cob) 2005 – for special contribution to Bourgas and the region.
Architect of the Year 2004 – awarded to architect Ludmila Kyoseva for the design of the new building of the Bourgas Free University.
Building of the Year 2004 – for a modern adaptation and realization of the new building of the Free Bourgas University constructed by the Dinevi brothers.
Burg of the Year 2003 – for contribution to the Burgas municipality.
Architect of the Year 2003 – awarded to architect Rositza Yovcheva for the Mirage hotel owned by Dinevi.
